Customer Data Processing

Customer Data will be used by Stingrai in accordance with our customers' instructions, including to provide the Services, any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement, a customer's use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law. Stingrai is a processor of Customer Data and the customer is the controller. Customers may, for example, use the Services to:

  • Access and manage their competitive intelligence dashboard
  • Configure personalization settings
  • Access, modify, and export reports and insights
  • Manage integration settings
  • Upload and manage optional business context
  • Otherwise apply their policies to the Services

Legal Compliance

We may process certain information when required to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to valid requests from law enforcement, regulators, or courts of law. When we receive such requests, we carefully review them to ensure they are legally valid and disclose only the specific information required by law.

Stingrai retains Customer Data in accordance with customer instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and through customer use of Services functionality. Customers can manage their data retention through our web interface.

The deletion of Customer Data and other use of the Services by the customer may result in the deletion and/or de-identification of certain associated information. Some information may be retained longer if required by legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes, such as audit logs and security incident investigation.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We strictly limit the sharing of your information to what is essential for providing our Services. When we do share information, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and share only the minimum necessary data. Here are the specific circumstances under which we may share your information:

    • Clerk.com for user authentication and account management.
